Competitive Grant Updates

The Competitive Grant Update includes recent announcements about the availability of funds for many programs. Sources for this information include http://www.grants.gov, the Federal Register (http://www.gpoaccess.gov/fr/) and the websites of many of the federal agencies. In addition, the Society of Research Administrators' grants website (http://www.srainternational.org) is a useful resource for grant information. Information for Competitive Grants Update is culled once a week. We look for grant opportunities of interest to state and local governments, and institutes of higher education. Among the grant opportunities included are ARRA and health care reform.

Special Analysis 10-04 Inventory of Competitive Grants Provides an inventory of all the competitive grants managed by the U.S. departments of Education, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Justice, and the Environmental Protection Agency, for which state and local governments as well as territories are eligible to apply.
