Estimated Impact of RSC Proposal, FY 2011

This table provides national program appropriation estimates for FY 2011 based on a recent proposal coming from the Republican Study Committee. The proposal would reduce federal FY 2011 non-security discretionary funding to FY 2008 levels on a program-by-program basis, unless a particular program had already received a funding cut by FY 2010, in which case the lower level applies.
